General Terms and Conditions

Scope of Application

The general terms and conditions for the SENSOR+TEST online ticket shop are part of all contracts between AMA Service GmbH and clients regarding the ordering and dispatch of tickets. These terms and conditions apply exclusively unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deviating terms and conditions of the clients do not apply.

Orders and Conclusion of Contract

The offering of tickets in the SENSOR+TEST online ticket shop represents a non-binding request to the clients to order them from AMA Service GmbH. By placing an order, the clients make a binding offer for conclusion of a contract. AMA Service GmbH accepts the offer, considering the availability of the tickets, by sending the clients a confirmation of their order by email.

Generally, the clients shall have no right to return or refund tickets. If AMA Service GmbH assesses during the processing of the order that the ordered tickets are not available, the client is informed of this by separate email.

The order can also be placed on behalf of a named third party. In this case, personal data of the third party is recorded. By placing the order, the purchaser provides assurance that they have sufficient authorization to transfer this third-party data.

Payment Terms and Prices

Payment for tickets is made by credit card, PayPal, or further offered cashless payment methods.

Unless otherwise agreed, the prices stated by AMA Service GmbH are in Euro and include the statutory VAT.

Availability and Delivery

The clients are usually entitled to order as many tickets as desired. If this is not the case, the limit will be indicated for the relevant product.

The clients will receive confirmation by email after receipt of the order. This email also contains the files of legitimation (e‑tickets) for entering the trade fair or connected events. These e‑tickets have to be shown in printed or digital format (on the screen of a mobile device) at the entrance of the trade fair or the connected event.

Liability

The clients are obliged to check the tickets upon delivery without delay to ensure that they are correct and complete and to submit complaints to AMA Service GmbH in writing or by email without delay. The statutory regulations on liability for defects apply.

AMA Service GmbH assumes unlimited liability if the cause of the damage is attributable to an intentional or grossly negligent breach of obligations by AMA Service GmbH.

AMA Service GmbH also accepts liability for any slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the infringement of which endangers the fulfilment of the intent of the contract, or for a breach of obligations whose fulfilment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on adherence to which the client can normally rely. However, in this case AMA Service GmbH is liable only for foreseeable, typical contractual damage. AMA Service GmbH is not liable for a slightly negligent breach of other obligations than those identified above.

The above-mentioned limitations of liability do not apply to damage to a person's life, body, or health or in the case of maliciously concealed defects.

As far as the liability of AMA Service GmbH is excluded or subject to limitations, this applies also to the personal liability of employees, representatives, or agents of AMA Service GmbH.

Place of Fulfilment and Jurisdiction

The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for all obligations arising from the contractual relationship is Wunstorf, Germany.

German law and the German text prevail. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply.

Amendments and Severability Clause

AMA Service GmbH reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The changed conditions apply to all orders placed after the date of change, unless an amendment of the conditions is required by law or by order of the authorities.

If a part of these general terms and conditions should be void, the validity of all other regulations and the contractual relationship between AMA Service GmbH and the client is not affected.
